Yes. Our formulas are dermatologically tested and free from common irritants including synthetic fragrance, parabens, and sulfates. That said, everyone's skin is different — we always recommend a patch test before first use.
Our formulas are carefully considered and designed but we recommend consulting your doctor before introducing any new skincare during pregnancy or lactation. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page so you can make an informed decision with your healthcare provider.
No. BarelyCo products are completely fragrance-free. We leave out anything that doesn't serve a clear, functional skincare purpose.

You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Write to us with your email address and we'll look into it.

Yes. Orders above a certain value qualify for free shipping. The current threshold is displayed at checkout and on our website.
Yes — but only within 3 hours of placing the order, or before it has been dispatched (whichever comes first). Email us with your order ID and the updated address.
Open your package within 24 hours of delivery and check that everything looks correct even if you plan to use it later. Issues reported after 24 hours may be difficult to resolve.
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. After each missed attempt, you'll be notified to reschedule. If all three attempts fail, the order returns to us — reshipping may incur a small additional charge.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and prepaid wallets. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) is available on eligible orders.
A small prepaid amount, in this case INR 99, is collected at checkout to confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid in cash or via UPI at the time of delivery.
Yes. Our payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. BarelyCo does not store card details on our servers.
This can occasionally happen due to a network issue at checkout. Any amount debited in such cases is typically auto-reversed within 7-14 business days. Write to us with your payment screenshot and we'll follow up promptly.
We accept returns only for products that are physically damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or where an incorrect item was sent. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or individual skin compatibility — skincare suitability varies person to person.
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID, an unboxing video, and clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement. Products that have been opened without a defect are not eligible.
Please do not accept a delivery if the outer seal is visibly broken or the packaging appears tampered with. If you do accept such a package, we may not be able to take responsibility for missing or damaged items inside.
We currently offer replacements (same product) for defective or incorrect items, rather than exchanges. If you have a specific request, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Yes you can cancel within 3 hours of placing your order, or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first. Email us your order ID to request a cancellation. Once your order is with the courier, cancellations are no longer possible.
Unfortunately we're unable to cancel orders once they're in transit. You may refuse the delivery at the door once the order returns to us, we'll assess next steps.
Partial cancellations are not currently supported. If you'd like to make changes before dispatch, contact us as early as possible and we'll try to accommodate.
Once a return or cancellation is confirmed on our end, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
