Placing Orders

You can place prepaid orders directly on our website at shopbarelyco.com. To place an order, select "Add to Cart" on any product you wish to purchase. Once you've added everything you need, proceed to "Checkout" and enter your contact details and delivery address.

You'll then be guided to the payment page, where you can choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase. Once payment has been confirmed, you'll see an order summary on screen and receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, a non-refundable advance of ₹299 is collected at the time of order placement. The remaining balance may be settled in cash or via UPI upon delivery.

Please note: COD is offered in good faith. Orders refused at delivery will result in the customer being restricted from placing future COD orders. Unnecessary returns generate avoidable financial, logistical, and environmental costs.

Delivery Process

Once your order is received, each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being carefully packed and dispatched with our trusted delivery partners. Our partners are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.

Should they encounter any difficulty reaching your address or arranging a suitable delivery window, they will contact you to resolve the matter.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number and the name of the courier handling your delivery. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

We dispatch most orders within 3-7 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. As we maintain 100% of our catalogue in stock at all times, you can trust that every product shipped is fresh and within its shelf life.

If your delivery is delayed due to logistics or public holidays, we will notify you via your registered email and phone number. During Mega Sale events, dispatch timelines may extend slightly, though we aim to process all sale orders within 5 days.

Address Changes

Changes to delivery details can be accommodated within 3 hours of order placement, or before dispatch—whichever comes first. Please contact us via WhatsApp or at our care address with your order ID.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to delivery information. If an order is undeliverable due to the recipient being unavailable, re-shipping will be charged at approximately ₹80.

Damaged Deliveries

Even if you plan to use your products at a later date, we ask that you open and inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery. This allows you to identify and report any issues within the required timeframe.

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You must include an unboxing video along with clear photographs as supporting documentation to help us escalate the matter promptly on your behalf. Issues reported after the 24-hour window, or where the product has already been opened or used, fall outside our ability to provide a resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement or before dispatch—whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

Please note: orders placed during or within an active sale period are not eligible for cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Information

Upon successful cancellation, the refund is processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 7-14 business days.

If your order was not placed despite a payment being processed, please first verify your payment details and connection stability. In most cases, any amount deducted in error is automatically returned to your source account within 7-14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted exclusively in cases involving physically damaged products, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items being delivered. To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email and include a complete unboxing video along with clear photographs showing the defect.

All returns must be sent in the original product packaging and in the same condition as received. Returned items that are used, opened, or improperly packaged will not qualify, and the product will be shipped back to you. Eligible returns will be resolved with a replacement. Note that skin reactions or incompatibility are not accepted as grounds for return.

We ask that you do not accept any delivery where the outer packaging appears open or the seal has been tampered with. If accepted from the delivery agent, BarelyCo will not be in a position to accept responsibility for any damage, missing items, or incorrect products contained within.
Our products are formulated to be safe for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. However, please note that our Deodorised Lotion contains fragrance compounds that include phthalates, which may interact with hormonal signalling. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use if you have specific concerns.
